Advertisement rules apply the exact same as our affiliate rules. If you need to read them they are located

You MUST have our affiliate on your site before we will add you to ours. If the forum is inactive or in maintenance mode, or if I cannot see how many users have been online in the past 24 hours I will not list it. If your forum GOES inactive I will remove you from our affiliates. if you want to affiliate with us please create a thread and I will look at it.
